CONGRESSMAN JEB BRADLEY AND U.S. SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION ADMISTRATOR STEVEN PRESTON DISCUSS ECONOMY IN MANCHESTER
Also announce $98,000 in funding for Amoskeag Business Incubator for small business development in New Hampshire
(Manchester, NH) - U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Administrator Steven Preston joined First District Congressman Jeb Bradley to meet with New Hampshire small businesses at the Amoskeag Business Incubator in Manchester this morning. The two spoke with New Hampshire small businesses about the economy and how to improve SBA services for small businesses.
"As former small business owner in Wolfeboro, I know firsthand the challenges that small business owners face in trying to grow their businesses," said Bradley, a member of the House Small Business Committee. "Many small businesses don't know about the SBA services that are available to help them, such as start-up loans and business counseling, so that's why it is important to spread the word about the programs and assistance that the SBA offers. Small businesses are the backbone of New Hampshire's economy and we need to make sure we afford small businesses the opportunity to grow."
