Johnson County Sun Endorses Jennison For Governor
LenexaRobin Jennison, candidate for Governor, and rancher from Lane County was endorsed by the Johnson County Sun today. Columnist Steve Rose had the following to say: " good Republicans need to send their best candidate into battle. Republicans should pick Robin Jennison as their best chance to put a Republican in the governor's seat. Jennison, a very fine former speaker of the House, and his running mate, Johnson Countian Dennis Wilson, are the Republicans' best hope."
Jennison remarked that he was pleased by the decision of the Johnson County Sun. "It is necessary for the next governor of Kansas be exposed to the concerns of the entire state rather than catering to the interests of a few. This is why I have spent my campaign listening to citizens from all 105 counties in Kansas, and why I will continue to spend the rest of the month on the road, visiting with people and listening to their stories," Jennison said.
