Cantor Applauds Passage of Border Security Legislation
December 16, 2005
WASHINGTON, DC - Chief Deputy Majority Whip Eric Cantor (R-VA) today applauded the passage of the Border Protection, Antiterrorism, and Illegal Immigration Control Act of 2005, H.R. 4437, which passed the House on a bipartisan vote.
"Our government's primary responsibility is the security of all Americans," Cantor said. "It is time we stop the easy access to our country by illegal immigrants by enforcing our laws and securing our borders."
