Proclamation - Radiologic Technology Week

WHEREAS, the health and well-being of North Dakota's citizens is a primary focus of
health care professionals across the state; and
WHEREAS, qualified radiologic practitioners specialize in the use of medical radiation and
imaging technology to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of disease; and
WHEREAS, professionals in the Radiologic Sciences are dedicated to the highest standards
of professionalism and continually maintain those standards through education, lifelong
learning, credentialing and personal commitment; and
WHEREAS, Radiologic Technology Week focuses on the safe medical radiation
environment provided through the skilled and professional efforts of radiologic
technologists across the state.
NOW, THEREFORE, as Governor of the State of North Dakota, I do hereby proclaim
November 6-12, 2005, RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGY WEEK in the state of North
Dakota.
