Today, Congressman Lou Correa announced he will serve on two subcommittees on the House Veterans' Affairs Committee: Health Subcommittee and Economic Opportunity Subcommittee.
Congressman Correa said, "Some gave all and all gave some. We have a moral responsibility to take care of all of our Veterans. When they come home, they should be at the front of the line for jobs, education and healthcare. I'm honored to serve on two subcommittees dedicated to ensuring veterans are taken care of here at home. Ensuring access to healthcare and a stable working environment is vital to helping veterans transition into civilian life."
