Election Night was unbelievable -- and our fight is just beginning.

We made history by electing the first person of Puerto Rican descent to Congress from Florida. We made history by energizing strong turnout among Latinos in Central Florida. Thanks to your support, I'll be fighting for our values in Congress.

Like you, I'm in shock about Donald Trump's victory. But here's the thing: No one, not Trump, not his extreme supporters, can stop us. Together, we're going to keep up the fight for our values -- no matter what.

That means doing everything we can to protect our democracy and standing up for the diversity and inclusiveness that make Orlando and communities like ours truly great and uniquely American. Together, we can take on these challenges -- and we can win.

We have our work cut out for us, but I know we can do it. We've already done so much together, and with your support, we'll do it again.
