Pearce Statement on Facebook's Groundbreaking Ceremony in Los Lunas

Congressman Steve Pearce issued the following statement in advance of the ground breaking ceremony of Facebook's Los Lunas Data Center this afternoon:

"Today is a great day for the people of Los Lunas and our State. New Mexico needs to grow its diverse economy and increase jobs in order to succeed, and with Facebook's data center, we are making strides in that direction.

"Facebook's facility is proof positive to our students that the benefits of science, technology, engineering, and math programs are boundless. This new venture gives a glimpse into what opportunities lie ahead in our State for those pursuing education in STEM fields.

"I look forward to the continued partnership with Facebook moving forward," said Congressman Pearce.
