Issue Position

There's something called freedom of association. It's something we all enjoy. It simply means that in the private sector, we all have the right to associate voluntarily with whomever we choose, as long as they choose to associate with us. Government has no right to make a law that grants privilege to one person or group over another for religious reasons, or for any reason. RFRA did just that. Government's job is to protect the rights we are all born with, not restrict them, or distribute them based on our choice of lifestyle.
