Congresswoman Lois Frankel (FL-22) issued the following statement in support of today's Continuing Resolution (CR) agreement that includes a $1.1 billion to combat the spread of the Zika virus and will keep the government running through December 9.

"Finally a bipartisan effort to fight the Zika virus. Action by Congress will help keep millions of Florida residents and visitors safe," Frankel said. "We now have funding for prevention, care, and research to find a vaccine."
