Dr. Gosar Wins Republican Primary

Statement

Today, Dr. Paul Gosar (R-AZ-04) released the following statement after winning the Republican Primary for the Fourth Congressional District with more than 70% of the vote:

"I am honored to once again secure the support and trust of the good people of Arizona's Fourth Congressional District. Time after time our electorate has proven to be one of the smartest in the country by rejecting outside money and blatant lies from Washington special interest groups. Our voters again refused to be fooled and instead responded favorably to our positive issue oriented campaign focused on delivering results and standing up for the American people.

"I would like to commend Ray Strauss and his team for running a formidable campaign and being a tough competitor. I would like to thank everyone that cast a ballot in the primary and allowed their voice to be heard. Finally, I would like to thank all my supporters and volunteers for making this victory possible. It is a privilege to be your Representative. I look forward to serving you in the 115th Congress."
