Our current tax system is confusing and out of control. As a member of the state legislature, I created a Constitutional amendment called Portability. It is saving taxpayers hundreds of millions of dollars a year. In Washington, I will make it a priority to clean up the tax code and put money back in the hands of people it belongs to: you.
