Rothfus Votes to Protect Free Speech from IRS Abuse

Congressman Keith Rothfus [PA-12] released the following statement after the House passed the Preventing IRS Abuse and Protecting Free Speech Act (H.R. 5053):

"No American of any political persuasion should be singled out and harmed for their political or religious beliefs. Today's legislation institutes important safeguards to ensure that our tax code cannot again be abused in such a manner to intimidate or silence free speech and association," said Congressman Rothfus.
