The Bill Foster campaign today announced the endorsement of the Associated Fire Fighters of Illinois (AFFI). AFFI represents over 15,000 professional fire fighters in 219 communities across the state of Illinois.

"Organized labor is a cornerstone of the middle class in this country," said Bill Foster. "One of my priorities since being elected to Congress has been to fight for working families, and do all that I can to support organized labor. I'm proud to stand up for organized labor, and I'm proud to stand up for the fire fighters. Our first responders are some of the bravest men and women in this country, and they deserve a strong voice in Washington.
