Delaney Authors House Resolution Reaffirming U.S. Commitment to NATO

Congressman John K. Delaney has authored a House Resolution reaffirming U.S. commitment to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). Delaney's resolution, which is currently cosponsored by 19 House Members, makes it clear that the United States will continue to stand with our NATO allies.

Delaney's resolution states that 1) the U.S. reaffirms its commitment to NATO, 2) that NATO serves as a critical coalition in preserving peace and stability and 3) NATO is crucial to combating terrorism and developing new national security capabilities.

NATO was founded in 1949.
