Matt knows that his job is to go to Harrisburg and fight for our priorities. That's why he has stood up for us on the issues that matter most to our community.

I-80

One of Matt's first battles in Harrisburg was a huge issue in our area, the fight to stop tolls on I-80. Matt won this battle, and he has continued fighting for us ever since.

Pennsylvania's Debt Limit

Matt wrote the law that reduced Pennsylvania's debt limit for the first time in state history in order to pass a better state on to our children and grandchildren.

Marcellus Shale

Matt ensured money from the Marcellus Shale Impact Fee directly benefits our area instead of being sent to Harrisburg and Philadelphia. He also wrote a bill that would keep injection wells away from water sources to help ensure the protection of our local drinking water.
