Strengthening our communities, by finding practical solutions that will work in and support the 197th District; coordinating and collaborating with programs such as Community Life Improvement Programs, (CLIP) including the Graffiti Abatement Team and Vacant Lot Program, to eradicate the problem of graffiti and vacant lots in our community; and maximizing effectiveness and efficiency by creating partnerships with residents and businesses to foster sustainable communities.
