Higgins Announces House Passage of Northern Border Security Review Act

Congressman Brian Higgins (NY-26) announced that the House of Representatives has approved the Northern Border Security Review Act (H.R. 455), a bill introduced by Rep. John Katko and cosponsored by Higgins.
"Comprehensive and current information is critical as we determine what resources are needed and how we might shape policy to best protect our northern border," said Congressman Higgins. "Through this bipartisan effort we will gain a clearer picture of where we stand today and how we can improve efficiencies and security moving forward."
