Congressman Tom Price, M.D. (GA-06) issued the following statement regarding the sixth anniversary of Obamacare:

"Premiums going up, not down. Out-of-pocket costs skyrocketing. The majority of Obamacare insurance co-ops failing. Less access to doctors and care due to narrower provider networks. Millions added to a broken Medicaid system that is failing those it is meant to serve. And that is after just six short years under this law.

"Obamacare is not working. We need to start over with a new approach -- one that is built on empowering patients and not on Washington mandates and tax hikes. We need patient-centered solutions like those in the Empowering Patients First Act that put individuals, families and their doctors in control -- solutions that expand the number of choices and the level of quality care available to the American people so they can choose the care that best fits their needs."
