Proper Polymers Establishing Operations In Greenville County

Proper Polymers plans to build a new facility in Greenville County to manufacture injection molded components for the automotive industries. The development will bring $15.45 million in investment and lead to the creation of 87 jobs.

A division of Proper Group International, Proper Polymers Greenville will be building a 50,000-square-foot facility in Greenville County's Matrix Park, expandable up to 100,000-square-feet. The company is a strategic supplier to large Tier 1 integrators.

The plant will begin coming online in October of 2016, and while initial hiring is expected to begin in the summer of 2016, the bulk of the hiring will take place during the second and third quarters of 2017. The Coordinating Council for Economic Development has approved job development credits related to the project.
