Yesterday, the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled against the President's immigration plan. Rep. Curbelo offered the following statement in support of the Court's decision:

"Yesterday's court decision striking down the President's executive orders on immigration confirm that the Administration's actions were driven by political calculation. Now is the time for Congress to lead where the President has failed by finding bipartisan solutions for immigration. This issue requires bold leadership from Republicans and Democrats. On immigration, both parties have missed opportunities and failed the American people for far too long."
