Deal: Jindal Films Americas to Create 240 Jobs

Gov. Nathan Deal announced today that Jindal Films Americas LLC (JFA), a global leader in the manufacturing of specialty films for packaging and labels, will relocate its U.S. Research and Development (R&D) Center and national headquarters to Troup County. JFA will expand an existing manufacturing facility in LaGrange, creating 240 jobs and investing $180 million in the community.

"The relocation of JFA to Georgia demonstrates the strength and vitality of our manufacturing and technology sector," said Deal. "Manufacturing is a key element in maintaining Georgia as the No. 1 state in which to do business. This demonstrates our continued commitment to companies already located in Georgia and those ready for expansion to a business-friendly environment."
