Better Roads for Small Businesses

The House of Representatives today passed the final version of H.R. 22, the Fixing America's Surface Transportation (FAST) Act.

"Strong, safe roads that connect our communities keep doors open for small business," said Small Business Committee Chairman Steve Chabot (R-OH). "The reforms in this highway bill bring responsibility, flexibility, and innovation to the table as we, quite literally, build the future."

Earlier this year, the Small Business Committee held a hearing on why long-term infrastructure investment is vital to the future of small businesses.
