Affordable Child Care and Parental Leave

As a working mom of four boys, Nancy knows from experience the critical impact affordable, accessible child care and parental leave can have on working parents and their families. Productivity improves, children's developmental needs are met and the needs of our current and future workforce are addressed when quality child care is made available.

The United States ranks behind its peer countries in child care and family leave policies. The results are diminished opportunities for economic growth, lower quality of life for families and reduced success rates for our children. Nancy has been and will continue to be a staunch advocate for the needs of working women and American families.
