"I am deeply saddened to learn of Beau Biden's passing. I had the privilege of knowing him when he served as Delaware's attorney general, and he was a dedicated public servant and a kind, compassionate man who was devoted to his family. My prayers are with the Vice President and Jill Biden, and Beau's family."
