This division is essentially the appropriations arm of the Governmental Operations, Reform, Technology and Elections Committee. Accordingly, many of the policy issues considered in the Governmental Operations, Reform, Technology and Elections Committee are reviewed further and incorporated into the State Government Finance Division's omnibus budget bill. Major funding priorities of the division include the Legislature, constitutional officers, executive branch, state agencies, the Department of Military Affairs, and the Campaign Finance Board.
