The Privacy Rights Education Project (PREP) is Missouri's state-wide, non-profit membership organization working to ensure the right to privacy for everyone. "The 1996 report card rates representatives on their support for same-sex marriage, lesbian and gay parents, the repeal of the sexual misconduct law, state funding for family planning services, reproductive choice, and on their opposition to manditory HIV testing."
