"Conservation Voters for Idaho was created in 2005 as a political voice for the conservation values that define our state. Idaho has a number of capable conservation groups. Conservation Voters, however, is the only Idaho organization working to elect pro-conservation candidates to office, and to hold elected officials accountable. We do what others cannot: we do conservation politics. Our mission is to: * Educate voters on conservation and environmental issues * Be a voice for conservation in the Idaho Legislature * Hold elected officials accountable for their votes * Elect candidates who will protect Idaho’s clean air and water, and natural places "
