Hawaii: According to staff with Hawaii's Republican Party, the GOP is not technically holding a presidential primary or caucus. Delegates will be selected during a week-long period tentatively ending on February 7.
Washington: The Washington Democratic party holds a series of caucuses that begins on
02/09/2008 with the Precinct Caucuses. This is followed by the Legislative
District Caucuses on 04/05/2008, County Conventions and Legislative
District Caucuses 04/19/2008 and the final Congressional District Caucuses
on 05/17/2008, where the delegates and alternates are selected for the
National Convention. There is also a non-binding Democratic primary on

The Washington Republican party holds a caucus on 02/09/2008, which along
with the primary selects delegates to the Republican National Convention.
The Democrats Abroad Primary will be held from 02/05/2008 to 02/12/2008.
