Balance the budget, begin paying down the debt, eliminate departments, cut earmarks, implement zero based budgeting, reinstate PAYGO, and reduce dependency on foreign sources to fund the government. Enforce current immigration laws. Promote the philosophy; multiple cultures united, one people, one language, one nation. Penalize illegal aliens, fine employers hiring them, secure our borders, implement e-verify, fund US-VISIT. Amnesty is not an option! Diversify choices include bio-diesel, cellulosic ethanol and wind among others, to provide lasting energy self-sufficiency. Drive the research, tie tax credits to conservation, research and the deployment of renewable energy sources. These are all National Security issues.
