Regarding e), I do not condone this behavior. Minors should learn how harmful it is to send sexually explicit photos. Criminalizing immature behavior does not help.

I think Colorado's unemployment benefits and programs are about right. I support some forms of financial incentives to the private sector, but that should not be seen as a primary job creating program. Re foreclosure, I believe the banks and mortgage lenders are to blame and should take primary responsibility for assistance.
