Yes | c) Do you support requiring full and timely disclosure of campaign finance information?
Yes | d) Do you support the use of an independent AND/OR bipartisan commission for redistricting?
No | e) Do you support requiring a government-issued photo identification in order to vote at the polls?
Regarding 1), 2), 3), & 4). Under the current political structure, a candidates hand are tied if they do not raise money from all the potential sources. This should be changed if we are to have a functioning democracy. I support both spending limits and public funding. |

Our local and state police should not be enforcing federal laws on immigration. It leads to racial profiling, and the lost of personal rights. |

Yes | f) Do you support the state government providing college students with financial aid?
Yes | g) Should illegal immigrants who graduate from California high schools be eligible for in-state tuition at public universities?
Questions b-e can not be answered with just a yes, or no. I do support some incentives for teachers, but not a merit system which produces an unfair wage scale. Regarding the tenure process, it can't be defined as "all good", nor "all bad." I do not support vouchers. I do support state funding for charter schools if they are needed in some parts of the state where access to public schools are limited, or to reduce overcrowded schools. |

Yes | b) Should background checks be required on gun sales between private citizens at gun shows?
c) Should citizens be allowed to carry concealed guns?
d) Should a license be required for gun possession?
Again, a black and white, yes and no, does not work for most of these questions. On C & D, yes a license should be required to carry a concealed weapon, but not for a 22 cal.rifle that you are teaching your son to shoot with. Proof of safety certification should be required before a gun is purchased. On A, it depends on what the restriction is. |

Yes | c) Do you support the inclusion of sexual orientation in California's anti-discrimination laws?
