1. Support implimenting the initiatives around Race to the Top to accelerate the improvement of academic growth and of narrowing the achievement gap in Delaware Public Schools. More than $100 million Federal funds over 4 years.

2. Increase the completion rates of students at Delawares Community Colleges and Universities. Co-operative opportunities from our membership in the Southern Region Education Board and Education Commission of the States.

3. To monitor and improve my previous public safety initiatives, particularly around Delaware's Graduated Driver's License law, and the safety of pedestrians and bicylists on our roads and trails. Public safety grant.
