Cris Ericson is also a candidate for United States Senator 2012 http://usmjp.com You pay for your own parking tickets, you pay for your own speeding tickets, so pay for your own abortions. Abortion is not birth control. Abortion is not family planning. Abortionists sell the human aborted fetus to laboratories and other entities that can re-sell your aborted baby. Your aborted baby could be in a foreign laboratory right now being used to create clones. Can you face the clones of your baby in the future when they come after you armed with weapons, members of a foreign government army? |

By eliminating all taxpayer funding for private schools, there will be a lot more money available for public schools and colleges. Eliminate all taxpayer funding for insurance. Create government run hospitals and health clinics paid for by taxpayers, with the middlemen, the insurance companies, cut out. Law enforcement and government should get out of your head and your bedroom and your body and we should re-instate personal privacy. |

Because Corporations are now Persons, therefore Persons should be Corporations and Persons should have every tax break that corporations have. Persons should have Bankruptcy law protections that corporations have. The greatest disparity is that corporations have different bankruptcy laws than persons and they use them to drive up their debt so high they can't pay it, and then they expunge most of their debt in bankruptcy court, and then they go back into business after fraudulently cheating everyone. U.S. Supreme Court Docket #99-6899 should be taught in every law school. Cris Ericson is a candidate for United States Senator http://usmjp.com |

Vermont has State Liquor Stores so Vermont should have State Wineries and State Beer Breweries. Vermont gardeners and farmers should be allowed to sell edible flowers (dandelions, thyme flowers, etc.) and fruits - blueberries, strawberries, apples to a Vermont State Winery which would use labor of any public employees that don't have enough to do at their regular jobs, and brew gourmet fine Vermont wines and beers and sell them worldwide to tourist resorts at high prices. Make marijuana legal and tax it. Vote for Cris Ericson for United States Senator for Vermont 2012 http://usmjp.com End Marijuana Prohibition. Legalize Marijuana. |

No![]() | e) Do you support requiring a government-issued photo identification in order to vote at the polls? |
| f) Other or expanded principles: | |
University of Vermont should not be given one cent or one dollar of tax payer money because they hold tax payer funded political debates and do not invite all of the candidates. This is dispicable. AARP and VPR discriminate against candidates and refuse to invite all candidates to debates. They are dispicable and should not recieve one penny or one dollar of tax payer funds. The most important thing is to identify which entities hold debates and discriminate against candidates, and to stop all tax payer funding to these dispicable entities that receive tax payer funds but discriminate against candidates. |

Yes![]() | b) Do you support alternatives to incarceration for certain non-violent offenders, such as mandatory counseling or substance abuse treatment? |

No![]() | e) Should a minor who sends sexually-explicit or nude photos by cell phone face criminal charges? |
Yes![]() | f) Do you support the enforcement of federal immigration laws by state and local police? |
| g) Other or expanded principles: | |
It is wrong for the government to say that "no one wants those jobs" because then any American who does want a job will feel demeaned and humiliated if they apply for a job that for example, Governor Peter Shumlin, said that "no one wants those jobs". By saying, "no one wants those jobs" Governor Peter Shumlin is creating a "glass floor", a psychological barrier, to demean and insult any American who would take such a job, therefore creating a mafia union that protects those jobs all for the illegal aliens by intimidation against Americans who would otherwise take them. |

Yes![]() | a) Do you support reducing government regulations on the private sector? |
No![]() | b) Do you support increased state funding for job-training programs that re-train displaced workers? |

No![]() | e) Do you support increased spending on infrastructure projects for the purpose of job creation? |
No![]() | f) Do you support providing direct financial assistance to homeowners facing foreclosure? |
| g) Other or expanded principles: | |
Vote for Cris Ericson for United States Senator for Vermont 2012 http://usmjp.com United States Marijuana Party in Vermont. Make Marijuana Legal and Tax it! Job training programs have not proven effective, nor have expanded unemployment benefits. We need free public college education to be the source for all job training after high school. It is unfair that colleges in Vermont do not provide credit for life experience of pro-se litigants who represented themselves in court and could probably pass the Bar Exam. There are only three occupations: selling, providing a service, producing a product. First, dollars should go to education. |
|
No![]() | a) Do you support the national Common Core State Standards initiative? |
No![]() | b) Do you support a merit pay system for teachers? |
No![]() | c) Is the tenure process for public school teachers producing effective teachers? |
No![]() | d) Should parents be allowed to use vouchers to send their children to any school? |
No![]() | e) Do you support state funding for charter schools? |
No![]() | f) Do you support the state government providing college students with financial aid? |
No![]() | g) Should illegal immigrants who graduate from Vermont high schools be eligible for in-state tuition at public universities? |
| h) Other or expanded principles: | |
Not one penny should go to University of Vermont or any other private school, college or university. UVM is private-for-profit and dispicable, it takes taxpayer dollars and then refuses to invite all candidates to debates it holds. UVM is hateful towards poor candidates with little or no campaign budgets. UVM has created a class warfare mentality in Vermont. Not one dollar of taxpayer funds should go to any private school, university or college because they are hateful against poor and low income people, and the disparity is getting worse every day. |
|
No![]() | a) Do you support state funding for the development of alternative energy? |
No![]() | b) Do you support state funding for the development of traditional domestic energy sources (e.g. coal, natural gas, oil)? |
No![]() | c) Do you support state funding for improvements to Vermont's energy infrastructure? |
Yes![]() | d) Do you support state funding for open space preservation? |
Yes![]() | e) Do you support enacting environmental regulations aimed at reducing the effects of climate change? |
Yes![]() | f) Do you support the construction of mountaintop wind turbines? |
Yes![]() | g) Do you support closing the Vermont Yankee nuclear power plant? |
| h) Other or expanded principles: | |
Mountain top wind turbines should be the choice of people who live in an area and could see the turbines within 20 miles distance of their home, and there should be a vote requiring 80% of the voters agreeing. Wind turbines can kill birds. Wind turbines are loud and noisy. There has to be an opt-out for each and every person who would want to move away if 80% of the people in an area voted in favor of wind turbines. The noise would be unbearable for some people. Some people would be greatly upset by dead birds dripping blood. |
|
No![]() | a) Do you support restrictions on the purchase and possession of guns? |
No![]() | b) Should background checks be required on gun sales between private citizens at gun shows? |
Yes![]() | c) Should citizens be allowed to carry concealed guns? |
No![]() | d) Should a license be required for gun possession? |
| e) Other or expanded principles: | |
End the War on Drugs. The F.B.I, police and D.E.A. have killed marijuana users with their guns. Most guns are now used by the government to kill or to threaten drug users. End Marijuana Prohibition. Vote for Cris Ericson for United States Senator for Vermont 2012 http://usmjp.com United States Marijuana Party. Stop calling it a War on Drugs and call it what it really is: a Civil War against the peoples' right to chose to control their own bodies and their own minds. Government is destroying freedom. Government has grown like cancer. It is government that needs to be controlled. |
|
No![]() | a) Do you support a universally-accessible, publicly-administered health insurance option? |
No![]() | b) Do you support expanding access to health care through commercial health insurance reform? |
No![]() | c) Do you support interstate health insurance compacts? |
No![]() | d) Do you support requiring individuals to purchase health care insurance? |
No![]() | e) Do you support monetary limits on damages that can be collected in malpractice lawsuits? |
Yes![]() | f) Do you support allowing doctors to prescribe marijuana to their patients for medicinal purposes? |
Yes![]() | g) Do you support the legalization of physician-assisted suicide for those with a terminal diagnosis and less than six months to live? |
| h) Other or expanded principles: | |
Taxes should pay for government run hospitals and health clinics with no insurance involved. Insurance is just a middle-man. Insurance should be eliminated. You don't buy insurance to send your child to school, you just pay taxes. Insurance is gambling and Obamacare allows muslims who are against gambling to opt out. Vermont single payer system cheats medicaid recipients by taking taxpayer dollars and using them to provide "platinum" health care to rich Vermonters while only providing "adequate" healthcare to medicaid recipients whose taxdollars were stolen by mixing them in the general fund to pay for fancier healthcare for rich Vermonters. |
|
No![]() | a) Should marriage only be between one man and one woman? |
Yes![]() | b) Should Vermont continue to grant marriage licenses to same-sex couples? |
No![]() | c) Do you support the inclusion of sexual orientation in Vermont's anti-discrimination laws? |
No![]() | d) Do you support the inclusion of gender identity in Vermont's anti-discrimination laws? |
| e) Other or expanded principles: | |
Leave marriage to the religious groups and have government treat all individuals as individuals, with no marriage penalty in the tax laws. Government goes after dead-beat dads anyway, so child support laws can be entirely separate. There is no reason to have laws about marriage, only about child support. With a 50% divorce rate we have to accept that marriage should not be subject to government because no government can keep an unhappy couple together. Eliminate all marriage laws, religious groups can perform marriage ceremonies, and create child support and child custody laws that go into effect immediately upon birth. |

| In the following area, on an attached page, or via e-mail, please explain in a total of 100 words or less, your top two or three priorities if elected. If they require additional funding for implementation, please explain how you would obtain this funding. | |
Cris Ericson is on the ballot for Governor and for United States Senator for Vermont. Make Marijuana Legal and Tax it. http://usmjp.com United States Marijuana Party. Lake Champlain provides drinking wate for one-third of Vermonters so motorboats should be outlawed and treated sewage should be re-routed to industrial use rather than dumped into Lake Champlain. American Bald Eagles live and fish at Stoughton Pond, North Springfield Recreation Area, so hunting should be out-lawed for 5 miles surrounding the pond. Equal rights to recreation means every lake and pond should be divided so swimmers can have equal water surface to swim. |
