The way to decrease spending in all of these areas is by people taking responsibility for their own children. As the family structure has broken down over the past 40years the need got these and other services had grown greatly.

Money is a part of free speech the only restriction should be on out of country donations.

a) I vote against capital punishment this last term. Because of the shooting of the police officer in Manchester this was politically dumb, but with the increase of the scope of hate crime legislation I am becoming very un-easy about capital punishment.

e) That shouldn?t be a yes or no. It depends greatly on who's picture is sent and to whom. The age of the child and other variables that can't be dealt with by one rule. Commonsense would go a long way to resolve the problem.

I have fought to get rid of affirmative action. Any acoplishment a person earnes willl for ever be impuned as long as affirmative action is in place.

Encourage stronger families. The more intact families we have the less government has to do to pick up the pieces from our broken children.
