1. New York's biggest challenge is to prepare our youth for workforce 2000. I support incentives for industry to participate in school-to-work partnerships.
2. New York must aggressively attack the growing problem of the uninsured. I support expanding opportunities for health insurance coverage by giving tax incentives for Medical Savings Accounts and small business health insurance policies.
