We need to provide the kind of education and job training to people on welfare to help them move into decent paying jobs that aren't the first to go everytime there is a downturn in the economy. In terms of tax credits, we need to examine this further to see if the tax credits will serve as enough of an incentive for businesses to cause the change we want to see. |
