My two main legislative priorities will be: to increase the supply and quality of care of our long term care facilities by expanding the state and Federal tax credits now available to developers of low to moderate income units. To amend the RN delegation component so that certain nursing tasks could be delegated to non-nurses, thus, lowering costs.
