(1) Education Improvement must be our top priority. We must fully fund the Education Finance Act. In addition to K-12, early childhood and higher education funding should be increased too. Sources of funding include lottery dollars as well as new revenue from an economic recovery.
(2) Our state healthcare agencies need to be restructured for a better, more cost efficient delivery of services.
(3) Budget practices that prioritize and focus on our most critical needs.
