In the case of parental notification, I believe this is a very gray area. There are circumstances, sometimes, where a woman has been sexually abused by a member of her own family and requiring parental notification could sometimes put the woman at greater risk for abuse. This is certainly a side of this issue that I would have to consider based on language of any proposed bill.

Again, in the case of Health Care, Law Enforcement and Welfare, these are also gray areas. I do not, however, support the implementation of the Affordable Care Act. Also, I support mandatory drug testing for anyone wishing to receive welfare. On transportation and spending, certain areas of the state that need additional funding for transportation and infrastructure.
I want to look at other ways to reform the overall tax structure to lower the burden on families and businesses.

In saying that minors shouldn't be prosecuted as an adult isn't saying they shouldn't receive due justice for their crime, they are still considered children and thus the punishment must be adjudicated according to the crime and the age of the offender. The same can be attributed to the exchanging of sexually explicit photos.
