Although Sessions tries to frame this lawsuit as a matter of constitutional principle, invoking the founding fathers, threats to our liberty, and separation of powers, in reality, at its core it's a frivolous lawsuit, plain and simple." Social Security is an important source of retirement funds for many Americans who depend on these benefits for survival.
