Pro-lifeCandidate AnswerDo you generally support pro-choice or pro-life legislation?
Other or expanded principles

I am pro-life but would not vote or support any change in the current policy until there were social
programs in place to care for the unwanted children/newborns if current policy was changed. There needs to be good families who are willing to adopt and great temporary facilities for the unwanted children and unwanted newborns until adopted. I think there could be nothing worst than being born to a family or individual that did not want me and would not care for me properly. If children grow up in families where they are not wanted....they usually become inmates.

YesCandidate AnswerDo you support United States' combat operations in Afghanistan?
NoDo you support a timetable for withdrawal from Afghanistan?
Other or expanded principles

I was a former active duty Marine. Forget about making the country democratic. The populace does not have the education, desire or understanding to support a democracy. Find a benevolent dictator and impose a strict beneficial economic system. The dictator would do (4) four things that would give Afghanistan and Iraq a method to flourish; 1 Security within the country (using mercenary soldiers under UN control), 2 Educate the populace (with professional teachers from around the world), 3 Develop agriculture and farm system to feed the population, 4 Ensure a stable monetary system. Do regular checks for progress.

Indicate which proposals you support (if any) for balancing the federal budget.
In order to balance the budget,
YesCandidate Answerdo you support reducing defense spending?
NoCandidate Answerdo you support an income tax increase on any tax bracket?
Yesdo you support reducing Medicaid spending?
Nodo you support reducing Medicare spending?
NoIs balancing the budget a legislative priority?
Other or expanded principles

I support a flat and fair tax. Visit my website: RPT50-1.com for more info. I would support an increase of income tax for the higher income earners.
I have a new Health Care plan that would immediately eliminate Medicaid and would eventually eliminate MediCare but would not eliminate Medicare for individuals who have paid substantially into the system.
I have a proposal for long term funding for Social Security and MediCare.
Like all middle class families, sometimes you can't stick to your budget because there are always emergencies that require money, you don't have.

NoDo you support the regulation of indirect campaign contributions from corporations and unions?
Other or expanded principles

I think the US Supreme Court has already spoke to this issue. So I would propose that any mention of either or any party or any named individual by any advertisement, that equal time be given to any and all candidates, in the same race, to speak about any issue. This could be implement by law under the FCC when they grant TV or radio license. For the print media, I would impose a heavy tax on any political advertisement not allowing complete and equal time and equal size advertisement for any named individual or any named political organization.

YesDo you support capital punishment for certain crimes?
Other or expanded principles

Immediate capital punishment for any individual who kills an officer in the line of duty.
I would allow immediate family members to decide the decision for capital punishment. (Talk about closure and being equal and just.)

YesCandidate AnswerDo you support federal spending as a means of promoting economic growth?
YesCandidate AnswerDo you support providing tax incentives to businesses for the purpose of job creation?
YesDo you support spending on infrastructure projects for the purpose of job creation?
NoDo you support the temporary extension of unemployment benefits?
NoDo you support the 2010 temporary extension of tax relief?
Other or expanded principles

Some specific and agreed upon federal spending could be used for growth but only if minimum inflation could be assured.
However, there are better ways to promote economic growth, like using Federal Bonds and providing loans for homes, autos, and co-operative business organizations and using the interest from these loans to provide funding for specific federal programs, i.e. Social Security & MediCare, Vets medical care, medical research, etc. and these revenues placed in a special accounts for each program.

YesCandidate AnswerDo you support requiring states to implement education reforms in order to be eligible for competitive federal grants?
Other or expanded principles

Implement "Kahn" education. The federal government would require standardised testing for science, math and english so as to assure equal and fair education to all in all states. All student having taken Chemistry, would have the same basic principles taught no matter what state.

YesCandidate AnswerDo you support reducing restrictions on offshore energy production?
Other or expanded principles

For this planet to have any hope, the US must develop Fusion power for electrical energy and use hydrogen fuel for transportation. I also Support the "Pickens Plan" for long haul transportation.
Drill, using the idea of checks and balances in critical environmental areas.
MMS to interview working individuals at home away from the work area and management separately and individually while in the work place.

YesDo you believe that human activity is contributing to climate change?
NoCandidate AnswerDo you support the federal regulation of greenhouse gas emissions?
Other or expanded principles

I believe what you mean by human activity is, the process of producing carbon dioxide from fossil fuel. SO WHY DON'T YOU JUST SAY WHAT YOU MEAN IN PLAIN TALK IN PLAIN ENGLISH???

CAP and Trade is a joke. It is a process for monetarily rich companies to continually pollute for the right price.

NoCandidate AnswerDo you support restrictions on the purchase and possession of guns?
Other or expanded principles

The way you have phase the question is not a Yes or No answer.

YesCandidate AnswerDo you support repealing the 2010 Affordable Care Act?
YesShould individuals be required to purchase health insurance, as mandated in the 2010 Affordable Care Act?
Other or expanded principles

I have proposed my own Health Care Plan. A single payer system. No need for health insurance companies. My plan is administered by a 3rd party, 3 tier system, monies collected by Federal Government like taxes, based on age and income, paid from the time you are born until the time you die. No need for MediCaid or MediCare for new people entering the health care system. See my website: RPT50-1

NoCandidate AnswerDo you support requiring illegal immigrants to return to their country of origin before they are eligible for citizenship?
YesDo you support allowing illegal immigrants, who were brought to the United States as minors, to pursue citizenship without returning to their country of origin?
YesDo you support the enforcement of federal immigration law by state and local police?
Other or expanded principles

Again, the way you have worded the question is not a Yes or No question.
Some immigrants will have to return to their country of origin regardless of their time in this country.
I have a Immigration proposal see website: RPT50-1.com

YesCandidate AnswerDo you support same-sex marriage?
Other or expanded principles

However, I would call them "civil-unions" not marriages. Their first names will be on and required on all health, insurance, and marriage certificates, so anyone will know if the marriage is same-sex. You can't hide or disguise the fact of "same-sex" by given it a common name.

YesCandidate AnswerDo you support targeting suspected terrorists outside of official theaters of conflict?
YesShould the U.S use military force in order to prevent Iran from possessing a nuclear weapon?
Other or expanded principles

If any country has a particular weapon, any weapon, for the specific use of terrorism then the United States, as well as other allies, should use any means available to destroy such weapon/s.
So this idea is different than the Soviet Union having nuclear weapons, since they did not use such weapons as a means of direct terrorism, but I will have to give some additional thought about the idea of Mutual Assured Destruction. But the idea of MAD is a United States invention.
I wounder how the citizens of the Soviet Union thought about the use of the bomb.

NoCandidate AnswerDo you support allowing individuals to divert a portion of their Social Security taxes into personal retirement accounts?
Other or expanded principles

I have a proposal to save Social Security and MediCare for the long term using the interest from Federal Bonds for home mortgage loans.
See my website: RPT50-1
These mortgage loans would not be amortized loans, so the payments of the principle and interest would be equal for the entire loan.

k) Other or expanded categories

I have a proposal for a Flat and Fair Income Tax see my website: RPT50-1.com
Corporate taxes are tied to Federal Spending, as Federal spending increases without an increase in GDP, corporate tax rate would rise. If GDP increases and Federal budget remains as proposed than the corporate tax rate would decrease.
Excise fuel tax is placed on gasoline manufacturing companies, which would save an average of
$6.00 a day for all US auto drivers or about 72 million dollars a day combined for all US auto drivers.

Please explain in a total of 100 words or less, your top two or three priorities if elected. If they require additional funding for implementation, please explain how you would obtain this funding.

Saving Social Security and MediCare - Providing funding for the long term with interest made from Federal Bonds from home mortgage loans
Co-Operative Business Organizations - Employee owned - To bring back lost jobs and jobs that went over-seas, using again Federal Bond loans to fund these businesses,
Coastal Restoration - Using a portion of the gasoline excise tax for funding
Fair and Flat Income Tax and new Corporate Tax
New Total Health Care Plan - No Insurance Companies Required
Auto Loan Program - again using Federal Bonds as loan instruments, using interest made to provide Veterans Care
