While I support the notification of the parent, I do not believe that consent should be required. I would hope and pray that a wise, mature adult was advising the individual, but the decision to abort should be pregnant teen's decision. A parent should not be able to force a teen to carry a pregnancy if it of incest or rape.

If we are going to balance our budget, get spending under control and create a positive environment for job creation, state funding levels need to be maintained or lowered across the board, except for law enforcement and infrastructure, where there needs to be expansion to accommodate increased need.

When elected, my top three priorities will be to reduce the tax and government regulation burdens on small business, to create a positive economic environment for job creation, and make government smaller and accountable to the people.
