David Sullivan refused to tell citizens where he stands on any of the issues addressed in the 2012 Political Courage Test, despite repeated requests from Vote Smart, national media, and prominent political leaders.

a) I believe abortion should be allowed in certain circumstances:rape,incest, and serious health risks. Consideration should be given to a very young girl who is not emotionally prepared to give birth.

All of my responses are based on our current economic status and some would change provided a significant recovery in revenues appeared and was sustained. Transportation and infrastructure maintenance which has been deferred for years is currently being addressed mostly through federal resources.

a) Budget decisions regarding using stabilization account money must be weighed heavily due to the necessity of having used it during this recession, and it's a depleted situation. If this account continues to be used in this way we need to ensure the replenishment of it. d)This has already happened, as have billions in cuts. f) There is no yes or no, each circumstance needs to be evaluated to determine if there will exist a true cost savings, in both the short and long term, and the quality of services must be equal or better.

Improve our economic climate and create jobs
Combination of effective tax incentives and job creation programs. Ensure city and towns maintain critical services like fire and police to protect existing and prospective new employers' investments in infrastructure and workforce. Provide them with tools in the Municiple Releif Legislation such as regionalizing services. Saved monies channeled for important services.
State needs to prioritize investment in our inner-cities, the new economic engines for our regions. Gateway cities have untapped potential and attributes that will contribute to the whole state's economic health.
Maintain our social safety net through efficiencies and accountability.
