Pro-life Do you generally support pro-choice or pro-life legislation?
See... http://mosheh.org/Abortion.html I propose a simple fathering law, which states that should any woman have an abortion, that if prior notice be given to the father, that said father should be punished such as 1-3 months of hard labor, for each abortion he allows to occur. MAKE MEN RESPONSIBLE FOR ABORTIONS, and it will decrease and probably stop for the most part. Abortions don't happen by accident. Under my proposed economic policies, there need not be any cuts at this time, as all our debts and spending concerns are made obsolete by a new economic system. If fact I would expand military spending 10 fold, by creating a SPACE FORCE, combining the full strength of the U.S. military with NASA, and begin full militarization of space to begin to honestly defend our entire planet, and the world will gladly join with us.

Regulation to force open records, yes. Regulation to prevent free expression of opinion, no. It is a double edged sword. It only hurts when the other sides supporters use it. I do not support any regulation which would limit or censor free thought or opinion, however limits may be imposed on/for standards and ethics, namely extreme fines for provable open lies by any side.

I support restoring the actual constitutional Common Law legal system our people/nation enjoyed prior to 1938.... FACT.... in 1938, FDR used Emergency War Powers to literally, and with no constitutional legal authority, CHANGED THE LEGAL SYSTEM... IN 1938.... they converted the COMMON LAW LEGAL SYSTEM into the modern STATUTE COURT SYSTEM we have today... which is completely unconstitutional. FACT. Capital punishment, such as death or hard labor, was perfectly normal for all true criminals who commit truly awful crimes. If a teacher wants to learn a subject they can teach themselves, because they know how to learn and study.... And since... the WTO, and World Bank, and IMF, policies, while well intentioned, DO ACTUALLY EXPLOIT THE WORLD..... it allows this global hate to grow... and we end up with global terrorism. However, I believe in limits... Since today, there are no limits to the size of weapons which can literally be purchased. I would support open freedom to posess upto the 50 caliber range, which is as large as any rational human may need for any personal defence. Some suggest there should be no limit, however we cannot reasonably allow everyone to purchase and store rocket launcher and grenades and potentially WMD scale devices. The 2010 Affordable Healthcare Act, is flawed by its enormity and its blending of what should of been many Bills, into one giant Bill, to which FEW IF ANYONE fully understands. I would suggest its repeal and re-passage in sections. Otherwise, I propose a simple alternative to allow the for profit model to remain, by allowing for the extreme universal coverage the masses desire. The fact is, there are too many of them here to suggest they go to their home country in order to return. I support simply enforcing the laws which exist. By enforcing fines, many employers, WILL SPONSOR THEIR EMPLOYEES FOR CITIZENSHIP as they should have already been doing. I say all good hard workers, which employers are willing to SPONSOR... should be allowed to stay and work. This, is how it is supposed to be, SPONSORSHIP AND or BIG FINES, solves the problem.

I support equal equivalent rights for CIVIL UNIONS, in comparison to Marriage. If we give them equal rights and status, then there is no battle to re-define the term marriage. One cannot claim the union of two Apples to be equal to a union of an Apple and an Orange. One makes Apple sauce, and the other would be VERY DIFFERENT. Both should have equal rights to form UNIONS. But the UNION formed, is fundamentally different.
Yes Do you support allowing individuals to divert a portion of their Social Security taxes into personal retirement accounts?
Yes, but only on a voluntary basis, to which THE LONG TERM RISK is clearly understood, as those accounts are GOING TO BE TIED to Mutual funds and other security mechanisms, WHICH IS THE PLAN OF THOSE WHO ADVOCATE THIS IDEA. For people who are well off, and who can afford the RISK, then they should be allowed to gamble with their account funds, but doing so would end any possibility of the normal set payout Social Security recipients now enjoy. The poor, must have the option to say 'no', and stay in the existing program, as it is safer.
