The Federal Government should never use blackmail. It's the peoples money not theirs, and I do believe blacknail is against the law. However, with that said, my administration will seek out the most successful teachers from each grade level nationwide and use this to reeducate each teacher of each grade whos teaching format has been less successful. And the teachers who need to participate, in benefit of our youth will be reasonably compensated for their time.
