The U.S. has too many programs which duplicate services and discriminate based on wealth. We NEED immediate tort, workmans compensation, disability benefits reform, encompassed by a single universal Health Care, disability, and welfare system which would supercede and preempt all State and Federal programs with a view to insuring a job at a Living Wage to all who desire and can work, education for those who desire higher education.
