Regardless of my personal views and opinions on this subject, I will lobby for this issue to be returned to the state level. It is not the business of the Federal Government to mandate these types of laws, that power rests with the people.

The United Nations, The Council on Foreign Relations, The Trilateral Corporation, and the Bilderberg Group are direct threats to the sovereignty and economy of the United States of America. The Bilderberg Group in particular should be forever prohibited from conducting any meetings on US soil. All US Government officials found in attendance in violation of the Logan Act shall be punished to the full extent the law allows.

YesCandidate Answer3) Do you support the elimination of the federal estate tax?
Yes4) Do you support requiring the federal budget to be balanced each year?
NoCandidate Answer5) Do you support using government funds in an effort to stimulate and improve the economy?
6) Other or expanded principles

TARP was a huge mistake. Fraud and favorites should not be rewarded by the government. The Federal Reserve system aka "Central Bank" should be audited and abolished. Congress was given power to print and coin money in the Constitution, I suggest we return to that system.

NoCandidate Answera) Do you support privatizing elements of Social Security?
Yesb) Do you support reducing government regulations on the private sector?
Noc) Do you support increasing the federal minimum wage?
Nod) Do you support the ability of workers to unionize?
Yese) Do you support federal funding for job-training programs that retrain displaced workers?
f) Other or expanded principles

Unions started out as a noble cause to prevent abuses of workers. It seems now that they serve as lobbying organizations, (example SEIU) which I disapprove of.

Yesa) Do you support increasing the amount individuals are permitted to contribute to federal campaigns?
Nob) Should Congress regulate indirect campaign contributions from corporations and unions?
Noc) Do you support removing all contribution limits on federal campaigns?
Nod) Should candidates for federal office be encouraged to meet voluntary spending limits?
Noe) Do you support giving the President the power of the line item veto for items concerning appropriations?
Nof) Do you support limiting the President's ability to define how legislation is applied through the use of signing statements?
g) Other or expanded principles

Federal candidates should campaign using the least amount of money possible. I am certain that our founding fathers did not waste money on a circus type spectacle that today's political campaigns have become.

Yesb) Do you support programs that provide prison inmates with vocational and job-related training and job-placement assistance when released?
Yesc) Do you support programs that provide prison inmates with substance abuse treatment?
d) Do you support reduced prison sentences for non-violent offenders?
Noe) Do you support mandatory prison sentences for selling illegal drugs?
f) Other or expanded principles

Sentences of non violent offenders should be left to the discretion of the judge and jury.

YesCandidate Answera) Do you support federal education standards and testing requirements for K-12 students?
Nob) Do you support federal funding for universal pre-K programs?
Noc) Do you support federal funding for charter schools?
Nod) Do you support federal funding for K-12 school vouchers?
Yese) Do you support the federal government providing college students with financial aid?
f) Other or expanded principles

Instead of Charter Schools, I suggest we implement(or re-implement) the "Scared Straight" Program. It is time for some parents to get themselves further involved in the schools their children attend. School is not a baby sitting service, all public schools and teachers within need to be given what is needed for a successful curriculum.

NoCandidate Answera) Do you support enacting environmental regulations aimed at reducing the effects of climate change?
Nob) Do you support international emissions targets aimed at reducing the effects of climate change?
Noc) Do you support allowing energy producers to trade carbon credits under a "cap and trade" system?
Yesd) Do you support strengthening fuel efficiency standards on all gasoline and diesel-powered engines, including cars, trucks, and sport utility vehicles?
Yese) Do you support domestic oil exploration in federally-protected areas?
Yesf) Do you support federal funding for the development of alternative energy?
g) Do you support the development of nuclear reactors?
h) Other or expanded principles

Climate change aka "Global Warming Science" is purely science fiction. Agreements such as the failed Copenhagen Treaty are a threat to sovereignty, and an arm of Global Governance, which I detest. Carbon Trading schemes are meant to defraud the taxpayer and cripple the economy further. South America developed another vehicle fuel source in the late 1970's, we should follow in those footsteps. If there were verifiable safety plans with regards to nuclear power, I may be in favor of that source. As of now, I cannot make this determination.

NoCandidate Answera) Do you support restrictions on the purchase and possession of guns?
Yesb) Do you believe that the Second Amendment guarantees the right of individual citizens to own guns?
Yesc) Do you support allowing individuals to carry concealed guns?
Nod) Do you support a ban on assault rifles?
e) Other or expanded principles

The Second Amendment was created to protect the citizens of this country from criminals and tyrants. Look how well gun control worked for the Jews in the Hitler era, need I say more?

NoCandidate Answera) Do you support a publicly-administered health insurance option?
Nob) Do you support expanding access to health care through commercial health insurance reform?
Noc) Should the federal government expand eligibility for tax-free medical savings accounts?
Yesd) Do you support monetary limits on damages that can be collected in malpractice lawsuits?
Yese) Do you support relaxing regulations on the importation of prescription drugs?
f) Other or expanded principles

The role the government should have taken in the healthcare system should have been to reduce drug costs, procedure costs and audited the excessive costs hospitals charge. For example, I have seen patients charged for backboards and sheets that the hospitals and ambulance companies reused. I have also seen prices for simple pain relievers such as Tylenol charged at $10.00 for two tablets, outright theft.

NoCandidate Answera) Do you support a pathway to citizenship for illegal immigrants?
Yesb) Do you support decreasing the number of legal immigrants allowed into the country?
Yesc) Do you support establishing English as the official national language?
Yesd) Do you support the enforcement of federal immigration laws by state and local police?
e) Other or expanded principles

Another Texas candidate and myself have composed our own bill to deal with the Immigration Issue. Should we be elected, we will expand and pass this legislation. Please refer to my website.

Noc) Do you support increasing economic development assistance for Afghanistan?
Nod) Should the United States continue to strike suspected terrorist targets in Pakistan?
Noe) Do you support granting aid to countries when it is in the security interests of the United States?
Nof) Should the United States support the creation of a Palestinian state?
Nog) Do you support increasing sanctions on Iran if it continues to defy United Nations mandates?
Yesh) Do you support the withdrawal of United States troops from Iraq?
Noi) Do you support the United States' involvement in free trade agreements?
j) Other or expanded principles

Free trade agreements such as NAFTA, CAFTA and GATT are dangerous to our sovereignty and economy. We need to stop policing the world, and end nationbuilding. Both wars in Afghanistan and Iraq are illegal since they were not declared by Congress. The only people that benefit from these wars are:(1) The financial institutions financing both sides and (2) Halliburton/KBR who are vastly overcharging us for the substandard services given to our military. This is a disgrace, and is bankrupting our nation.

YesCandidate Answera) Should marriage only be between one man and one woman?
Nob) Do you support allowing openly-gay men and women to serve in the United States military?
Noc) Do you support federal funding for embryonic stem cell research?
Yesd) Should the federal government end affirmative action programs?
e) Other or expanded principles

We should stick to the "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy. Anyone deemed mentally and physically fit to join the armed services should be allowed to join, provided that they agree with the above policy.

Please explain in a total of 100 words or less, your top two or three priorities if elected. If they require additional funding for implementation, please explain how you would obtain this funding.

Overturn UNCONSTITUTIONAL legislation. ( Should not cost anything but time).
Implement an American Small Business Plan and restart American Industry, this will be financed by the US Banking Industry that we bailed out.
Withdrawl of Troops from Iraq and Afghanistan( this will also reduce deficit spending)
