Please explain in a total of 100 words or less, your top two or three priorities if elected. If they require additional funding for implementation, please explain how you would obtain this funding.

In my district, unemployment has well exceeded the national average. Our first priority must be putting people back to work. Job creation helps, but we must create a tax system that encourages businesses to hire of the unemployment rolls. The new jobs and money saved from unemployment benefits would pay for the prgram.

We must also ensure that all children have access to a quality education, both by recruiting and retaining excellent teachers and by providing our children the schools and tools they need for success.

Finally, we must restore trust and accountability to state government with improved ethics laws.
