Agriculture subsides need to be reduced to industrial farming, lets pay the true cost of foods. NAFTA wouldn't of caused the immigration floodgates to the US if the heavily subsidized corn industry didn't undercut Mexican corn farmers.

Corporate tax percentage levels are fine except the are not collected because of multiple tax loopholes and shelters. One building in the Cayman Islands houses 18,000 US corporations, this is what we call a tax shelter

We need to go back to Demand Side Economics tax structure where it is purely progressive and the incentive is to reinvest in the productive US economy. When those incentives were removed in the 80's with Supply Side economics that is when America started its downturn

The Estate Tax will continue to generate hundreds of billions of dollars as it has since the early 1900's.
Lets make the threshold $50 million dollars.
The average annual income of the top 400 families in America is over $350 million.
The estate tax only affects the top 0.03% of Americans.

Budget needs to be balanced unless in times of emergencies

I do support stimulus packages but only if they have buy American clauses attached to them, otherwise it is a stimulus to foreign economies not our own

Privatizing Social Security only favors the financial sector and access to tack on fee's of a multi-trillion dollar program. It is the most successful and most solvent government programs we have.
Lift the cap of $106,800 to include all income except long term capital gains.

Reducing Government regulation on Big Business is what I am opposed too. Regulations are a weapon of big business to stomp out competition of medium and small business.

Reducing Regulations was directly linked to the 29 miners killed in the Massey Coal incident, the financial meltdown of 2008, and the BP Gulf of Mexico Disaster.

The only way to regain control of our government back from special interest influence is Public Financing of Campaigns. Progressive caps on spending, the higher the office the higher the cap. This would reduce special interests influence and reduce the smear campaigning.

Citizens United vs. FEC decision was the biggest assault on democracy in American in modern history. We need to amend the US constitution stripping corporations of their human rights status.

Capital Punishment -the only circumstance it should be applied is in international courts on war crimes

We need to decriminalize all drugs that grow naturally. This will empty out of expensive overcrowded prisons and reduce the government drug enforcement cost greatly. Use that saved government spending and put it towards vocational training and higher education. Lets educate not incarcerate.

Teaching to the test of private sector companies has been a disastrous policy that has bankrupted our educational institutions. End No Child Left Behind

Head Start programs are one of the best ways to get children on the right path

I would much rather see funding of charter schools than voucher programs

E) is a worded where I can't answer. I don't mind oil exploration depending on the situation.

Personally I would encourage ending all subsides to energy companies which include, military support or invasions, health care cost of burning fossil fuels, land and lease give aways, and straight up tax subsides.

If we paid the true cost of fossil fuels in America we would as citizens would demand the development of renewable alternative energy.

I believe as a social benefit all gun owners need to take a course on proper gun management, make the course fee's voluntary. The second amendment couples gun ownership with a well regulated militia, I believe this course would fall under the well regulated militia clause.

Reducing tort law would be removing one of the hallmark of the ability for an individual to redress their grievances in the court of law.

Illegal immigrants need to take proper procedures to gain legal status

b) it depends if we are talking about H1 visa's of workers coming into the country to replace qualified American workers than the answer is yes we need to reduce legal immigration allowed into the country.

If state and local police get certified by federal government to be able to enforce federal law than I would have no problem but that isn't what is being proposed

g) Iran is a signatory of Non-Proliferation Treaty and there has been no evidence in a weapons program or manufacturing sites.

Sanctions punishes the people not the government of the nations targeted.

a) I think the term marriage should be dropped and equal rights should be given to same sex couples who want to publicly perform a civil union with a government contract. Leave the term marriage behind and leave it up to the faith or church of the people pursuing the recognition.

d) is a horrible program but it is the best thing we have to make sure all Americans have an equal opportunity

Public Financing of Campaigns- an $8 dollar per federal income tax return to remove the influence of special interests of our government officials.

Returning the American economy to Demand Side economics and renegotiating our current trade agreements to begin to create another strong middle class
