Please explain in a total of 100 words or less, your top two or three priorities if elected. If they require additional funding for implementation, please explain how you would obtain this funding.

Economic Development; job retention and job creation as well tax fairness and tax reform to improve PA's competitive position for investment and business growth are a top priority. Encouraging local government collaboration and coordination to reduce costs and assure more sustainable fiscal conditions as well as adequate public safety is also a priority.
Properly stewarding the growth of Marcellus Shale natural gas drilling operations to ensure full advantage and benefit to our citizens and business community while protecting our environment, natural assets and public safety are also a priority. These priorities, if properly legislated, could be cost/revenue neutral.
